Username, Password, Email address on the account, Name on the account, Phone number on the account, and Address on the account

If you're having issues with a password, try resetting it using your email address (be sure to use the correct spelling). Click "Forgot Password" under the login, then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.
The issue in GetHuman-avictx's own words
I am not very happy right now. I was working on a project online and all of a sudden my internet went out. I unplugged everything, plugged it back in and still no internet. I check my account, no overdue charges are shown and I still have half a month left to pay. I call to troubleshoot and it said my service was cut off? Why? It said I had to pay **cents immediately to get service turned back on which was new to me! Like I said, nothing on my online bill indicated any overdue charges. I thought whatever, just pay the **cents and have my service turned back on. NOPE! I have to talk to someone directly to reconnect it and y’all just so happened to be closed. Why is there no automated service to get internet turned back on? Now I have to wait until tomorrow, possibly all **** day until I can get it back on. I work until one and most likely phones will be at high call volumes. All this over **cents that was never shown as overdue? C’mon! Please try and reactive it from your end. I am not going to be put on hold for a long time just to get my service reconnect over **cents that was never shown due. Not. Happy. I have to wait an extra day to work on my project now**Account Number******-******-**
