We have * accounts with Suddenlink. *****-******-**-* (residential account) and *****-******-**-*. Each account is paid separately at different times of the month through the on line bill pay through the bank which I have checked and they were sent out correctly. It appears that Suddenlink credited both of last months payments to the residential account ($***.** * $***.** for a payment of $***.**) which is now showing a credit of $***.** on the residential account, and due to this error, the business account is now showing a charge of $***.** (* months * a late fee). I have tried to call billing but due to the shortened hours you have at this point, it has been impossible to get through. So I'm trying this way. What needs to be done to correct this issue?
