Before I signed up with Suddenlink I was with AT&T. On one our TV's (a smart TV) he set me up with Netflex. When I went to Suddenlink I haven't been able to get on to Netflex and I have been paying for it for a year plus. It says i must update this app to launch it? and when I click on Update then it state I need to check the connections.
GetHuman-mjtruitt did not yet indicate what SuddenLink should do to make this right.
