You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-rsunda's own words
I am writing to dispute an erroneous billing issue that I have not been able to resolve for many months. We have been seasonal customers for * years, using Suddenlink for our internet service at our vacation home in Truckee, CA. Last fall when we requested our service to be shut off until next summer, Suddenlink tacked a $***.** charge to our bill. After waiting more than an hour to speak with someone in the billing department (twice!), I was told that the charge was for “pickup of equipment”. I explained that that was a mistake because we have always owned and used our own modem, which is proven on our monthly bills that do not show any rental of equipment. I was told that the problem would be rectified and that I had no outstanding balance. But month by month the bill remains, to the point that it has been turned over to a collection agency. I called the collection agency to dispute the charge and was told they would reach out to Suddenlink on our behalf. But * weeks later I now find out that Suddenlink did not respond to them. I am asking that Suddenlink remove the erroneous charge and notify the collection agency and me.
