I have a big serious issues with y’all company since the very beginning! I realize that my internet has been turned off . I understand that y’all are doing y’all job and have to follow procedure! I understand the consequences of not paying a bill! As I was reviewing my bill, I realize that I’m getting charged for last month! The funny thing about that is I had NO SERVICE through sudden-link for the month of September! I need to know how y’all process billing? We tried to get service through y’all when we moved to this location, but we couldn’t! The reason being the person living here previously, was blocking me to where I could get it transfer! Come to found out it was suppose to be cancel a long time ago, and I believe that for that fact it happened to us! We have been without service from y’all for like * weeks and let’s be honest, that is really pathetic! We had a guy come out to install internet, but he said that the system crash! He said that he will be back to finish. Come to find out he marked installation as completed on his paperwork, but yet again WE STILL HAD NO SERVICE! Then we are having problems with our system. “We are upgrading our system and it has been crashing. Eventually we got tired of the excuses after excuses! WE WERE DONE! Called the sales man and told him to cancel our plan! Its already hard enough to take off from work when all we get was just a go around with y’all company. Called another provider and we had service that same day! Great customer service! Unfortunately their product wasn’t the best but of course y’all knew that. Y’all knew that y’all had the best product and the people you did wrong would come crawling back to y’all! But I guess y’all don’t care about y’all customers that pay your bills! The other provider service was not the best and only lasted a week! We found out that we couldn’t sign up for sudden link until after ** days of cancellation. But how did we end up getting back with sudden link? It’s only been a week and a half with the other provider? Did our service get cancelled at all? Is that the reason we are getting charged for last month as well? ITS NOT OUR FAULT THAT YALL DON’T WANT TO DO YALL’S JOBS, SO WHY ARE WE PAYONG THE CONSEQUENCES??? After all the go around, we were suppose to get a charge back for the month we had no service. Adam mention about $** off on following month bill! Spoke with Amber in Tyler TX (who was a big help) Transfer to billing and was on hold for ** minutes and the call was dropped! No one even tried to reach me afterward and I know y’all have notes on file(or do y’all not notate anything in y’all a accounts?) I know one thing y’all do have my number on file! Where is y’all customer service?? All of the statements mention above is documented, so how are we going to fix this?
