The issue in GetHuman-tonyaal's own words
Scheduled an appointment for a tech to come and update my existing equipment to the Altice One, appointment was on ***** between * pm and * pm. The tech showed up at *:** only to tell me that he did NOT have the equipment needed to complete my service call. I was told someone would be out between *pm and *pm that same day to take care of me. Nobody ever showed up. I called in the next day to reschedule and STRESSED how I could not take off another *** day from work, as I work an hour away from my home, so we made that appt for ***** between *pm and *pm. I arrived home at *pm yesterday only to find a note on the door saying I missed the tech. No phone call, nothing.... I am now trying to reschedule this visit and It is IMPERATIVE that they come between *pm and *pm Monday through Thursday.
GetHuman-tonyaal did not yet indicate what SuddenLink should do to make this right.
