I want my service ( Cable and internet) back on it has been out since Thursday ******** due to weather in my area! My bill will be paid it is not because of non payment. The problem is from the pole, a tech had been to my house Friday and he couldn't fix what the problem because it is not in the house. I would like service to be back on ASAP! I am tired of calling and getting people who keep interrupting and try to talk over me, Thursday I did not have that problem and Friday morning I did have that problem, it was not until Friday evening when your customer service people were rude, interrupting, talking over me and not trying to help me out and accusing me of not being to professional one, she was only professional at the greeting of the call.
GetHuman3843742 did not yet indicate what SuddenLink should do to make this right.
