I moved out of my apartment. I called to have my suddenlink disconnected. It would be a couple months before I could move into my new place. Suddenlink told me they would put me on seasonal hold, and when I got moved in to call them to get my service reconnected in my new place. They was charging me for the months that I was on seasonal. I did not use their service for * months because I was on seasonal. Now they are trying to say I owe over ***$. I did not get a bill or anything during those months. I have called to try to get this resolved since August. I talked to Donell from suddenlink. He said that someone inside their office went and tried to change where he put me on seasonal. I need this resolved.
