The issue in GetHuman-chocoboc's own words
First issue is that I’ve been charged for an appointment that I had no knowledge of. Second issue is that I am paying for ***mbps of internet and not getting anywhere close to that. Unable to stream games or videos. Our house phone calls are also dropping in the middle of a conversation. This is beyond ridiculous. Seems nobody wants to fix anything. We’re highly dissatisfied and disappointed in Suddenlink. Customer support is sometimes helpful if you can actually get someone. But they never call back when disconnected which I’ve been told they are supposed to.

GetHuman-chocoboc did not yet indicate what SuddenLink should do to make this right.
