Help with my SuddenLink issue

I canceled my account on Aug **th I was told to get the equipment returned. I'm told to use your websites return equipment page which tells me to use FedEx. I'm unable to financial drive an hour away to drop off the box at FedEx. I wish your office in Osburn, ID was actually usable by the customers whom use your service in the area. I found out this morning my service wasn't canceled and charges are still being racked up which is ludicrous when I called and canceled. Your company needs to figure out they need to handle this area's returns in different regards to cities where convenience is possible. Also been waiting on a phone call all day as I was told to do from a representative that called me this morning said would be happening.

GetHuman-kaisus did not yet indicate what SuddenLink should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-kaisus fixed the problem
This applies to calling Suddenlink, and it keeps routing you to only automated options. When calling and it asks if the number your calling from is yours. Press the option for no. Then when it asks for the account number press *.. you will have to repeat this until it finally decides to ask for your zip code. Give it your zip code followed by * and it will possibly ask for why you are calling. Respond and you will eventually reach a live person.
