I am a current customer and haven’t had service but going on two months this is my second month....my bill is $*** and it is way over what it should be also my service hasn’t worked properly since it was installed and I have called about it several times and it is not fixed like they said it would be...I have tried to get in contact with a real person for almost * weeks now and I cannot get to speak with anyone the numbers just take me to pay my bill....I have several issues and need real customer service not an automated service please call ********** Katie martin

One eight eight eight eight two two fifty one fifty one is the number below...Hey I stayed online for a total of * hrs. I finally got something figured out....call the *********** number and when it asks if the number u are calling from is associated with your account don’t answer...don’t press anything for like two mins. And then eventually it will say if you are not a Suddenlink customer press this number...u have to lie and act like you are not a current customer and u will have to wait for a very long time but it will eventually get you talking to someone...I’m still getting my issue figured out but will update
