Thorpe Rd. unit ** Flagstaff, AZ *******Greetings Tina,**I am contacting you because I have tried to talk to the people at the local office in Flagstaff, and they were not patient to listen or appearing like they wanted to help me resolved my issue. I really want to remain a customer. I hope you can help me with my problem. Thank you for taking your time to read this email.**I started to have problems in and out with my service a little more than halfway into the month of June '**. I had no way of knowing why I was having problems. They asked if I wanted someone to come out and check out the problem, and I agreed. I was surprised when it started to work for a couple days straight up until the Suddenlink tech show up. I called to see if I should cancel the tech* however, they advised against it. The tech came at *:**am on the *th. He tested the line (this when my service has not worked since). He said that the line is not working and that I needed to talk to my housing manager about it. He did was not helpful in communicating to me exactly what to tell the management. He was in and out very fast and did not seem to care enough to make sure I knew what was going on. ***He charged my account ** dollars. At the very least, for me to continue as a suddenlink customer I am requesting that the ** dollar charge be removed from my account. I would also like a freeze on my account until my housing maintenance guy is able to replace the line.**Suddenlink paid themselves ***.** out of my checking account for a whole service month, which had not had any access to service.**The management and maintenance had no idea what to do based on what was told to me. I waited while they tried to figure it out. It took me getting another person to come out and check things out to finally let them know what to do. He wrote in his notes that he about how the last guy had left things. He walked over with me to the maintenance building and spoke with the guy, showing him the cable box and explained what was wrong with the line that it needed replaced. This was the first time that a resident had this problem while he worked at my housing project and he had no idea what to do until the second very good tech took the time to explain it. He also did not charge me and said that the other guy should of communicated with me what actually needed to be done.**I do not have my primary communication device to call, which is my suddenlink home phone. I have been going to some kind neighbors for to access my email and online accounts.**I would like somehow for my account to not be charged anymore until when the line is fixed. Furthermore, I would like the ** dollar charge removed. I did not receive service and was charged ***.** for the whole month. I would like to get this last month credited to my account. Remember to freeze my account until the line is fixed. Thank you.
