I was scheduled today to have service set up in my home. For whatever reason, the technician that came out said the line was dead and he would have to call maintenence. OK, fine whatever needs to be done. What was not fine, was the way your service technician rudely chewed his gum and repeatedly complained about wasting his gas * time, to come ** miles*minutes out of his way for, " Nothing ". As a customer, I was offended. As a former customer service sales representative, I was completely appauled. I can not believe that this is the kind of individual your company wants to have representing Suddenlink Communications. Myself, as well as my fianc*, had very important reasons as to why we need the Internet service installed. Neither one of us complained to this individual. However, I must add, after the technician explained to me as to why he would not be able to install the services today, I asked him if he would mind calling my fianc* and to please explain to my fianc* everything he had just told me. The technician stated that he would not mind and proceeded to call my fianc* and did explain everything he had explained to me. Although, while on that call, he broughtt up he fact about wasting his gas * time coming out to our home. I found his complaining to be rude and very unprofessional. So much so, that we just may decide not to use Suddenlink Communications as our Cable and high speed internet provider. Respectfully, I Thank you very much for your time and patience regarding this matter. And I do Sincerely hope that you have a wonderful day.
