When my wife payed the bill we were charged double. We did not have access to our money because you charged us double the payment. Now since I don’t have access to my money that I had in the bank I can’t buy groceries till I get paid again. When my kids ask me what is for lunch or dinner I don’t know what to tell them. This has happened multiple times and everyone we talk to says nothing can be done. Someone told us it’s because we payed over the phone but this time we went to the suddenlink office and payed our bill. One more thing. I hope I have enough gas in my truck to make it till I get payed again. Of course that is a problem because I couldn’t access my moms ey because y’all double charged me.i can’t deal with this anymore. It needs to stop.
