Hello,**I am currently abroad on a * year rotation at work, and I had called to have my service terminated in November. When I checked my account to pay a final bill, I saw that the account was still active, and there was a $** restoration fee. If you check my history, I am sure that you can see that I have not used this internet at all for quite some time, and I would like for it to be cancelled ASAP. I am fine paying any "past due" amount, but would like the restoration fee waived since I do not want it restored. **Can we get this all sorted out over email or fax, as placing an international call to Suddenlink will be pricey, to say the least. I know that the retention team wants to keep my business, but I will not be back in the US for quite a while, and wish to discontinue immediately. **Thank you,**Ryan Littrell*******@***.com
