I put my bill on hold, it was supposed to be **$ per month. they charged me **$ per month.*then....**when I came back from travels i turned service back to normal. Then I called billing to make sure all would be correct and my bill would be the same as it was,, ***$, its supposed to be locked in at that rate for ** months,**I talked to billing for an hour , they assured me all was well ***$ per month. **the bill shows up and is now ***$ per month.* *This is the second time this has happened. *I travel for work.**Once again I called billing and talked to them for over an hour. they were absolutely unable to help. All they had to do was look at my initial package when it was installed, it was ***$ a month with taxes and was locked in for ** months.**The reasons they gave me for the descrepency were as follows. The bill was correct, kind of, maybe, I'm not sure. ***) I changed my service and upgraded the package. I did not**) they told me that the bill should be ***$ per month anyway, they had no explanation for the additional charges **) because I put my service on hold I would be charged for a full month anyway when I came back, not true.**When i asked to speak to a a supervisor, they said there was not one there at the time,,,,**Eventually one got on the line and said he would transfer me to retention, the dept was closed.**When I called back a lead got on the phone, not a supervisor and stated there was nothing they could do. *I needed to call retention. what is there *?*And when are they open?*They said maybe after Christmas, but they should be open now, did not no why they weren't.**My bill should be ***$ per month.*I am on auto debit so they took the charges from my account*.*Please remove me from auto debit!**I have paid ***$ for the last two months. **the bill with partial charges when I returned should be aprox ***$ for Nov and DEC. **There is aprox **$ in overcharge. That is not including the **$ per month on the hold charge that should be **$ not **$**Please correct this. I have spent two hours on the phone so far. two different times.
