I have been having problems with our service since March ****. The main line on the telephone fell and we had no service. We had a tech come and he temporarily tied it to the house until the line could be replaced on the pole. Never received a service call for that. No one ever came back. In June our neighbor called because the line was in her back yard. Someone came checked house out and we received a service call bill. The problem was not in our home but with your equipment. We paid bill up to that time, but we have had spotty service since then. I will not pay a service call for a problem on your side. It was not anything to do with the wiring in the house. I have been promised so many times that this would be taken care of and I need get a call back. Never received a call back. If you cannot reverse all the charges for lates payments, that service call, which is the reason I have not paid my bill, then I will send back the equipment to you. I have been a customer for * years there and never missed a payment. The property is *** Cypress Dr S., Kerrville Tx.*My account number is ***-****-*********. My phone number is ***-***-****. I have already printed label to send equipment back if you cannot take care of this matter. I have someone in line with new service. I would rather not change but I will if I have to. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
