I am Stanley Taylor at *** Main Street in Elkins, WV. I just had new cable, TV and phone service installed on Monday, Nov. *. On Tuesday Nov * and Wed. Nov * I had no TV. A tech came on Wed evening and supposedly fixed the problem. I had TV Wed night. Today, Nov * I have no TV again. The service tech is coming back today in an attempt to resolve the issue. This is not the service I signed up for. This is horrible customer service. It is an inconvenience and frustrating. I should not have to pay an installation fee or any type of service fee. Instead, I should receive some type of compensation for this mess that is no fault of my own. The problem needs to be fixed. I don’t even have an account number yet.
