I’m outrage with your employees and people in billing. I’m evening charge for a month that I didn’t have Suddenlink in December **** cancelled in November and then * years later I get a mail from collection saying in owe ***.**.. so I go to the office to say why was I evening charge this and it took them two year to send this with collection agent...she said to call the **** number I did and she said it been from December of ****, I told them I cancelled in November, which I already have different cable and internet from different company in December **** different then Suddenlink.. Now I have to pay a bill for December bill which I didnt use your service What kind of system are u guys running...when I Payed my last bill of something around ***.** she said I will not have any charge and bill for your cancellation..so I called and they said it’s been closed and no balance shown..so if u don’t believe me I have bills from direct tv and fronted for that December **** or u guys need the money to charge me for the month I didn’t use horrible you guys are..,
