I have to reset my modem anywhere from *-** times a day and I am getting extremely agitated with this situation.

Get my service fixex ... A technician was to arrive between *-*pm. It is now *:** and we have not seen or heard from anyone. We had plans that we cancelled to be here.**I called customer service and found out that the tech couldn’t work us in but did not have the common courtesy to let us know he wasn’t coming so we wasted our entire evening. Incredibly poor service e on the part of your technical group.
We cancelled our plans and spent our Friday waiting on someone to show up.
I want someone here tomorrow to make this right
We have been with suddenlink for many years
