I have been disconnected now twice aftwr waiting ** min the first time and ** min tla few minutes ago. I am too ill to be put through this nor should anyone. This has to do with a service which has been free and listed in my lease since August ****. In May **** we were told to go pick up boxes and that there was NO CHARGE! There has been no charge untill I got a past due notice last month for ONE MONTH. I have all paperwork saying there was NO CHARGE FOR BOXES. Just have manager call back no space
