I need to make a payment NOW and get my internet restored NOW!!! I didn’t have the money to pay the bill and I was told it would not be disconnected until the **th at midnight. It went off at * am and I’ve been trying to call suddenlink for an hour and cannot get past the automated system. The website or automated system will not let me make a payment. Suddenlink tried to charge a card of mine that had no funds on it even though the bill had least been paid with another card. That is not my fault and as I said we called and asked what the latest time was we could pay before disconnection so we knew exactly how long we had to scrape together the bill money. We were apparently told wrong and it needs to get fixed right NOW!!!!
