I waited on hold for an hour to pay my overdue bill early this afternoon. My modem didn’t turn back on so I called again to wait another hour so that someone could tell me to take it to a store that is currently closed. I have work to do tonight that I can no longer do and I feel that I’ve payed far too much for internet that doesn’t work. I’m ready to cancel my service and switch providers.
