All service is out for many hours and have not been able to talk with a real person in your organization. I am extremely upset and continue to have concerns with your company. I am confident if I had not paid my bill I would certainly be contacted. This issue is creating problems since home office is useless because of the lack of action or notifications from your company. Furthermore, I would expect an adjustment on my bill since the service is disrupted and we have had continuous issues since moving to our new home in December. I certainly hope this missive is addressed expeditiously and customer service is seen as a priority.
GetHuman-tasbell did not yet indicate what SuddenLink should do to make this right.
