So the night of *-*-** we have a terrible storm and I lose cable. The next afternoon when still not fixed I call them to report my internet was down and their cable lines on the telephone poles were ripped off and lying on the ground the whole block. So at *** this morning I call to find out when they might be coming and I get digitally told I have an appt in two more days for them to fix their own lines. Then the phone number tells me due to the high volume of outages in the area I cant talk to a representative and hangs up on me. I tried five different phone numbers with the exact same response. This is terrible service and why do I need an appointment for Suddenlink to fix their own lines?
