Somehow someone has ordered something in California from my subway app with my bank card. I woke up this morning in Tucson, Arizona with a charge from *:** AM in California from a subway store. It has been absolutely impossible to find this topic anywhere in the subway customer service loop. It's not on the website, every phone number gets me an auto-bot telling me to check the website and I cannot speak to a person or even have the appropriate option to submit anything through their service for the last ** minutes of trying. Any help you can provide would be wonderful.
