I have the Subway app on my phone. When I opened it, I got the following message:" Something has gone wrong with your account. Please tap contact support to fix this issue". So I clicked on Contact support and it took me to Subway's 'contact us' page, which has a bunch of topics to choose, NONE of which is Customer Support for app. I looked and looked for a phone number to call for a human to no avail. I finally found a number, called it, held and held through prompts, and finally got a recorded message about how their customer support has gone digital, and ALL my answers are right there on their website. WRONG. I must say that it is pretty remarkable that Subway has found a way to completely avoid having any human contact with their customers. Right now I pretty much hate subway. But I would like them to fix whatever the %*&*(*&* problem is with my phone app in case I ever change my mind.
