I am trying to report a manager that does not require kitchen help to wear their masks over their noses. ... When I entered the kitchen help did not have their masks over their noses . When I mentioned it they put them up and said that they did have them up That was a lie. Now I dont trust the manager because she should be protecting the customers from possible contamination. They dont know if they picked up the virus last week . We know that it takes a week of incubation period before we get symptoms. This food is not boiled or fryed. It would be another case if it were heated because heat kills viruses. This is why I am complaining. The manager had her mask on her chin and her nose out when I left. Dont believe her when she denies it. What happens when I am gone? I think she will drop her mask down again. I can't trust her. This is not an A-* resteraunt, I will not frequent this place unless I see the kitchen help wearing their masks properly all the time My suggestion is to fire her. She is not caring of the customers. At home she can do as she pleases but this is a public place and should care about the customers. I wore a mask because I care about them, and I think your kitchen help should care about me too. I don't trust her anymore because she doesn*t pay attention.
This is the kind of person that does what she wants anyway, and will continue to breath on the food with her mask down anyway. I want her fired. She does'nt care about the people . Hire a person that will wear the mask properly.

I made it clear that I was upset about it. She will take the mask down as soon as I leave. What do you want for me to do? I'm reporting it. Why does the computer say "back without saving"? and "save" What do I do now?
