I ordered from the app and it said "did not go through" tried again and it repeated "did not go through. gave up. no email saying ordered confirmed. Next day I say three charges from my bank at **.** each for a total of $**.**. I went to the store and they looked up the orders from that day and said they never received anything so they wouldnt have made anything. they said to contact customer service, theres nothing they can do,. ive spent three days trying to contact someone, but cant find anyone. this occured on Sept **th. I just want this money reimbursed. i will delete your app cause i am reading that many people are having the same issue. The charges on my checking account are labeled as "Point Of Sale Withdrawal * SUBWAY **** ***-******** OHUS" Can you please advise me on who to contact to straighten this out? thanks
