I went in to my Subway today to order the Buy One Get One free...after pulling it up on my phone,and showed the guy at the counter,I told him I wanted the * sandwiches..he clicked on some things on the phone and then mentioned coupons..I said no,its the BOGO...he said we don't do that here.I said OK and left...when I get home I see where I was charged $**.** cents for something that I didn't get! I'N NOT SURE HOW THIS SITE WORKS...CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT I NEED TO DO NEXT.THANKS
I want my bank card refunded $**.**
I have called Subway *** number and cannot get anyone to answer.I called the store where this happened and was treated like dirt.And was told they couldn't do anything about it. I have left messages on the FB Subway page,no response.I want my money back!
