I gave my daughter a Subway Gift Card for Christmas her and her husband ordered to Subs not sure how big or how much or what kind the store in Myrtle Beach South Carolina made the subs wrong they went back in even called the store and ask for the rights up the lady said they were right after she ran her fingers all through his sub and gave it back to him now who would want to eat that after her fingers are on it so that my daughter lost her appetite so therefore I feel like I threw my money away on these gift cards cuz they couldn't even eat their subs they had gotten for dinner I would like these Subs replaced or call or send me a voucher or something to get more subs since the store will not honor it and my daughter said she called customer service and you all did not care I've been a very good customer at Subway since the beginning of their opening would like to continue to be a customer but this really upsets me the customer is always right I worked enough restaurants in retail to know how to deal with I worked enough restaurants in retail to know how to deal with I think Subway should at least send something in the mail to me to honor it since you won't take care of it for my daughter and I'm the one that purchased the gift card I gave them the gift card so it would help them get food because they're always on a tight budget so they just didn't eat that night I'm totally disgusted with the customer service and their attitude that they gave my daughter and son-in-law I think you Subway needs to make this right
