I visit your Subway in Auburn, Ga. off of Atlanta Hwy. at least five days a week and sometimes seven. The employees all know me there an even know my sandwich to the very “T”. You have recently gotten a new manager. Up until this manager, you guys have had the nicest, most friendly managers and staff! I have been going to this Subway everyday after my son gets out of school an also sometimes on Saturday and Sunday for the last at least three years. I have NEVER had a complaint about any employee that has worked there or works there UNTIL THIS MANAGER YOU HAVE WORKING THERE CURRENTLY. I apologize that I do not remember her name. I have experienced her working about * times. EVERY TIME MY EXPERIENCE WITH HER IS THAT SHE WILL BARELY SPEAK TO YOU. I’ve only seen her smile ONE TIME AN IT WAS WHEN THE GENERAL MANAGER, Chris was there. I went in today and decided that if this manager is working that I would just try ** minutes to the next Subway in Dacula, Ga. I just wanted to share my feelings regarding this new manager. I truly feel she is hurting your business. It is not so much anything she says, IT IS WHAT SHE DOESN’T SAY OR DO. If it were my business she is the farthest person that I would want to represent it. I have made my mind up that if this manager is working I will go somewhere else. I will be happy to visit there when she isn’t working but it isn’t worth paying money to have this experience. I thought the first time I met her and she waited on me that maybe she was just stressed from having a new store but today was probably the *th time in a row that she has just been the most unfriendly, rude person. Thank you for hearing my concerns. If your restaurant wasn’t a place I frequented almost every day I wouldn’t put this much thought into it. *Thank you again for your time!* Regina Griffiths
