I went to get a breakfast sandwich at around *:**am on Friday ********** at ***** Newport ave in Tustin, Ca. I dealt with what was by far the rudest employee I’ve ever dealt with, in my life ( at any chain of restaurants). He was obviously in a really bad mood - when I changed my mind about the bread I wanted... I noticed a visibly angry demeanor change. I told him to cancel my order, because his customer service was terrible. The second I canceled my order, he started yelling at me to leave his store - which I did- but not before asking if I can have his name - to report to corporate. He then yelled that I was violently threatening him, which I NEVER did ( I recommend watching any camera footage with audio). *Also he kept yelling at me to leave, and then he kept yelling for me to stay (after he had called police)! I would have waited, but I didn’t want to be late for work.* Long story long, he called the police, left me hungry and feeling unwelcome at what was once my favorite subway. I never wanted any trouble. I only wanted a sandwich. I suggest you guys reevaluate whether this guy is a good fit as a Subway representative.
