i will never be going to this subway again. ive had an experience that has left me taken back how at how subway has employed poeple that have absolutely no customer service abilities. i place an online and when i arrive my order wasnt made, the female employee imformed me her co-worker "steve" ,he said that was his name but im sure it wasnt, tried to contact me to let me know they were out of an add on that i wanted when i when i assured her that was fine, i ask her again why wasnt my sandwhich atleast made, she offer to make the sandwhich tho i was upset that the purpose of an online order is for a speedy pick "steve" rudely tells me they can make my sandwhich and i can wait smh. at this point im asking for my mo ey back so i can go elsewhere for a quick lunch the female employee says because its a veggie she can make it quick idk why she ask "steve" to make it but as he proceeds to make it he tell me im being rude and unnecessary i told him nah give me my money he walks to the register and calls me in spanish to really try to insult me a stupid ******* *****. i had to think quick and hold my composur but not before calling him a punk *** ***** and telling him its unbelievable this how a representative of subway treat and talk to people, because i instantly wanted physically put my ******* hands on him and i never raised my voice or spewed any profanity at him until that moment. i wont be returning to this place nor any other subway for a vet long while because all im gonna feel is insulted by a franchise that calls customers stupid ******* bitchs. Now if I held my composure then he should have never exculeted that situation. I'd like for him to be fired kause klearly he has no professionalism, but because I know he won't receive the proper repercussions like I stated earlier I will not be return there or to any Subway. And I didn't get a sandwich I really wanted too!
