On Fri. ******** At *:**pm I Walked Into My Neighborhood Local Subway To Place an **" Tuna Sub Order Due to the Fact I Am Having Dental* Oral Issues And Have Surgery Coming up This Tues. ******** There Was * Employees Working. The Male Purposely Sabotaged my Sub and Gave me Old Stale Bread I Payed for my order Left and Came back Shortly I Asked Can I Have My Sub Made Fresh or Have A Refund on the Money. The Male Employee Stated There is no Refunds He Is Not Able to Do Refunds and Made Personal Comments about Not Liking my Character referring to My Race* Nationality of Being An African American Female I Told him How can You Not like me When you do Not Personally Know who I Am? I Avoided All Conversation with the Male and Asked The Female Employee can she Remake my Sub she Began to and Quickly Stopped at the Male Employee Demand of Her To Refuse Service to me for Unknown Reasons For Over * Hour I Was Skipped Over and Disregarded as if I Was not Present Other Hispanic Customers entered and was Being Politely Serviced and Treated with Respect I Got Very Irritated and Felt Neglected. Then the Male Employee Continued to Insult me Verbally we Argued in front of other Customers and Then the Male Employee called the City of Miami Police Dept. To the Store and Made False Claims Of Me Being in a Dispute or Disruption at the Store This Was About **:**PM * Officers Greeted me and The Store Employees took Verbal Statements of the Complaint and Then at this Point The Male Employee in the Store FINALLY ISSUED THE POLICE OFFICER MY REFUND OF $*.** For The Tuna Sub I Had Been Waiting For Over An Hour Ago to Be Simply Made Fresh I Most Definitely Believe My Rights Have Been Violated On A Number Of Levels and I Am Taking my Dispute to Subway Corporate Office for Review and Possibly My Own Personal Attorney I Don't Know If This is Subways Policys in Customer Service Practices but I Have Had a Horrible Experience and I Strongly Believe that Both Employees Should Be Reprimanded Immediately for their Actions Towards me when I Only Wanted a Fresh Meal I Had Police Officers Called on me Like I Am A Criminal or Have Committed a Crime I Was Not at No point Violent with Anybody I Never Stole My Sub Sandwhich or Committed No Crime I Was Told that I Am Banned from the Property and To not Return to Eat at this Subway So If the President CEO OR Manager Gets this Message please Contact me Regarding this Ongoing Dispute Thank You.
