I used your app to order one roast beef sandwich because PayPal was offering $* off if I paid through the app and through PayPal. I ordered my sandwich and received the PayPal receipt for $*.** which means I was successful with the $* off purchase. After I picked up my sandwich I noticed that there was a second receipt from PayPal for the full amount of $*.** for the same order so I was actually charged $**.** for the same sandwich because both charges are showing up in my bank account. I contacted PayPal and they said because I already sent you guys the money I have to contact you for a refund they cannot cancel the extra payment. I also went back to the subway all the way across town to try to get them to process the refund and they said there was nothing they could do because it was online and they were only showing that I bought one sandwich which is true but I paid for two. How can I get my $*.** back?
