The issue in GetHuman-tetyana's own words
*** S. Milford Road, Milford, MI *****. Restaurant ******. Yesterday (mother's day) I was served (at around *:** p.m.) for the second time by an employee on the afternoon shift who was, hostile, rude and dismissive to the extent that I was unable to complete my order, did not receive the drink and cookie I requested and was so upset that I stopped trying to order the second sub I wanted. In fact, I was in tears when I went home to tell my husband what had happened. Specific behavior by the employee (Joshua S was on his name tag and my receipt), included turning up his music as loud as possible as I walked up to the counter, pretending not to hear me, repeatedly saying "what?" and not listening as I requested toppings and additional foods*services. I am Eastern European and speak with an accent, but am well understood by everyone else who works in customer service. My question is "Is this one employee with a dislike of foreigners or a problem encouraged by management?" I will not return to this store unless*until I hear this employee has been dealt with properly and I plan to keep this to myself until I hear back from Subway and the Franchise owner.
