Within * months I experienced two unfortunate incidents at one of your dealership and no one there did anything to make up for it. In March when I leased a **** Forester, I asked the salesman if I could install the winter package later. The answer was yes and a few months later I discovered that it was not possible so I decided to return the car, take my LOSS and purchase an **** outback already equipped with the winter package. Yesterday at the conclusion of making the deal, the salesman convinced me to take the * years warranty. Upon signing the paperwork the financial person tells me that it is * years or ** *** miles which I was never told before!! I drive ***** a year so you see the problem! I complained about being misled, he went to see? And came back saying nothing he could do. I was expecting him to say ok you were misled, we will raise the number of miles to *** ***. But not NADA!! I put down $***** for the purchase! Second purchase in * months and your are talking about loyalty programs etc etc Subaru is an excellent value and I could not think about an another brand to go at the time so I conclude the purchase. I was in the hospitality business and we always worked on customer satisfaction because the word of mouth is from far the best advertising so hint hint do something! I would hate to have to tweet for the next seven years!!!
