On Tuesday ******** I came out to my car and saw I had a flat tire. I called Subaru Road Side Assistance. It took * hours for them to come put the donut tire on. They did it so quickly that they cross threaded the lug nuts. When my boyfriend went to take the donut off and put on the plugged tire we couldn't get the donut off and it needed to be towed. It was sent to Smith Caries Ford & Lincoln, in Yonkers NY. Wednesday afternoon I received an email from Agero Customer Success, about my damage claim. Even though my car was towed Wednesday night, I wasn't told I needed pictures of the damage until *pm. I called the dealership and asked them to take pictures. I have been leaving voicemails for the mechanic Benny. I left him * voicemails. Today I called the service center, Benny claims he tried to call me yesterday and couldn't reach me. This is false I received no calls. Today I tried to talk to the manager & I was hung up on. Apparently the dealership is overwhelmed with recalls. I have been treated with so much disrespect in every Aspect of this process. I have called Subaru customer service who gave me an attitude saying I need to take it up with the road service, I've had road service tell me to contact Subaru customer service & on top of that the insurance company gave me an attitude. I have had my Subaru Crosstrek for * weeks. I am a teacher and have not been able to drive to work. I have had to take Ubers everywhere. I have also been told I am responsible to pay for the damage since I may not have pictures. I am so frustrated I have been on hold with the corporate office for ** minutes now waiting to talk to someone. I would appreciate so much if someone could please get back to me. I just need my car back & I cannot afford to pay for the dealership to fix it, if this is not covered for by Subaru, considering it was only towed because road service from Subaru put the lug nuts on wrong.
