The issue in GetHuman-pfdindy's own words
This past Saturday I took * people to the Studio Movie Grill at College Park, Indianapolis, IN. We debated about going to SMG or to Flix and agreed to give SMG another try. I say this because this as this location always fails on customer service in the food and beverage area. This time we arrived so early the theater was not cleaned and open. As soon as opened we went in and immediately ordered food. About ** minutes before showtime. No drinks delivered until ** minutes into the movie. Food came out in dribbles and each time (during the movie) the server loudly said "Who has..." This was the same for all deliveries to all customers in the theatre. Disruptive! One of my guests did not get dinner delivered. We asked server who said I will check on it. Never came back. After waiting about ** min I put my light on - and after another ** minutes went out to seek help. Manager checked order and it was not on the order. He put a rush and ** minutes later my guest got a dinner. You have lights to signal assistance needed and nobody responded. You have seating numbers that should be used to deliver food - they are not used. Your trailer touts your commitment to service and food quality - I didn't experience either. My tickets were nearly near $** my food $***.** and yes I was charged for the late meal to my surprise. I did not tip and wrote why on the receipt as a tip go me is for service - something we did not receive. FIX YOUR PROBLEMS at this theatre.
