Greetings, upon arrival on **th dam rayn in Chicago, IL, we purchased * tickets. * for Missing Link and * for later that night Little. We went to the concession counter to get an entree. The chicken tenders were hard as bricks. The entire entree was cold. We took our seats and tried hard not to complain. Our seats were broken as well. We could not longe back with our seats directly in front of screen. My daughter ate a portion of the food. When we were told to move from the working seats with all due respect, we decided to leave. There was no where for us to sit. I then decided to ask for SOMETHING back for the food. Not a full refund but something. I was treated with unkind words, disdain and disrespect. This is my community the employees here treat people with substandard attitudes. The managers on duty at the food counter along with the manager in the lobby. They were BOTH extremely rude to me and both were non caring men. I was given rhe run around as we waited more than an hour for a response. I am highly disappointed about that experience in front of my **year old daughter. I am a woman who patronizes this theater regularly. When you spend capital at a venue that offers amenities such as fresh food and a great dine in experience, you expect that. That did not happen and I was not refunded instead I was spoken to harshly. Ultimately my child as well as my revunue are imperative to me and I am in need for some assistance please and thankyou. Mrs. Scott.
