I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service at the 75 and Spring Valley location of the theater. Every visit since the beginning of May with my friend has been disappointing. The first time, the waitstaff failed to collect our orders, requiring us to bring our tickets to them. The second time, only two waiters were serving the entire theater. During my latest visit, it took 30 minutes and a conversation with the manager to get any service after I had signaled for assistance. By the end of the movie, I had to seek out my waiter to get my change as they had left. This decline in service quality is concerning, especially considering the amount of money my friend and I spend each visit. Please address these service issues promptly. Thank you.

After getting injured at Studio Movie Grill in Atlanta, Georgia, specifically at the Holcomb Bridge Road location, I reached out to the management. The manager on duty, Garry Shene, provided me with basic first aid, but was unable to provide an incident report or number. I was given contact information for the general manager, Dustin Hopper, who I emailed for further assistance. Unfortunately, despite Mr. Hopper stating he forwarded my concerns to risk management, I haven't received any updates in over a week. I also asked for details about medical providers in their network but got no response. When I tried to follow up, my email was blocked by Mr. Hopper, leaving me frustrated. I've now involved legal representation due to the lack of response and support regarding my injuries and medical bills. This situation has caused me unnecessary distress, and I had to resort to seeking corporate contact online to address this issue. The customer service I've experienced so far is completely unacceptable.

My daughter bought movie tickets online on 12/25/18 using a gift card for a movie on 12/26/18. Upon arrival at the theater, we were turned away due to a power outage. The attendant advised us to request a refund online. Despite following the instructions for the refund, we did not receive any email confirmation or communication. The number on the back of the card was invalid, and calling customer service only resulted in a busy signal. I am eager to speak with a customer service representative to resolve this issue promptly. I have been unable to receive any response via email and would appreciate a callback to [redacted] to address this matter and inquire about the gift card balance.

Upon our arrival at 87th dam rayn in Chicago, IL, we purchased four tickets: two for "Missing Link" and two for "Little" later that night. At the concession counter, we ordered an entree, but unfortunately, the chicken tenders were very hard, and the whole meal was cold. Despite trying to make the best of it, we found our seats were broken, making it uncomfortable to enjoy the movie. Eventually, my daughter ate a bit of the food, but the situation became untenable when we were asked to move from the broken seats. Seeking some sort of resolution, I politely asked for a partial refund, only to be met with rude and disrespectful treatment from the food counter and lobby managers, who were both unsympathetic men. My experience was nothing short of disappointing, especially in front of my 10-year-old daughter. Regularly patronizing this theater, I had expected a better level of service and quality. Not receiving a refund and facing such unkindness has left me disillusioned. My daughter's well-being and my satisfaction are of utmost importance, so I am reaching out for assistance. Good afternoon, I visited the Lincoln Square location in Arlington on 5/14/19. I ordered a cheeseburger meal and requested mayo from two different employees, but never received it. About 20 to 30 minutes before the movie ended, one of the employees informed me that my request was on its way. At that point, I no longer wanted the cold burger. I requested to speak with the manager, but she did not come over, so I approached her. She mentioned we could discuss the issue after the movie. After the movie, I spoke with Kathy, the manager/supervisor on duty. She assured me the problem was fixed and mentioned my card would be charged $25. However, when I checked my bank statement the next morning, I noticed $41 was deducted. This first visit was disappointing; I was charged for uneaten food and misled by the manager regarding the charge. I expect a full refund of $41 to resolve this unpleasant experience. Previously, I was open to a partial refund, but due to the deception and lack of communication from the location, I now insist on a full refund. I will not revisit due to this issue. I recently experienced a situation at work where there was a miscommunication involving clocking out at the end of the shift. Despite being told we would be clocked out by a manager named Robert, we ended up still being on the clock when another manager approached us. Subsequently, without prior warning or any history of write-ups during my 9 months of employment, Robert documented me and three others as terminated employees, which I found unethical. The reasoning given for our termination was different from the reality, and it felt like a result of miscommunication rather than any fault of our own. Moreover, there were discrepancies in the treatment of employees, with some facing consequences for minor issues while others with more significant write-ups were retained. This created an unwelcoming environment that lacked teamwork. The recent changes in management have led to a negative atmosphere, causing valuable team members to consider leaving. Despite initially enjoying working at the Tampa, FL location of Studio Movie Grill, these issues have significantly impacted my perception of the workplace.

I have been trying to resolve this issue for two days. My son and I had a bad experience at Studio Grill. We were overcharged and the service was terrible. Despite the waiter promising to deduct the extra charges, I saw a $1 charge on my bank account. After numerous attempts to contact them, they charged me an additional $52 today. If this isn't resolved, I will dispute the charges with my bank. This whole situation is frustrating, and I am disappointed in Studio Grill's service. Thank you.

My family (my wife, daughter, son, and I) went to see the "Addams Family" movie. We arrived at 2:25 p.m. and ordered food at 2:35 p.m. Unfortunately, there were some issues with the service. Drinks were brought for my wife and me promptly, but our son's lemonade took a while. It took 30 minutes for my daughter's drink to arrive. At 3:09 p.m., they served the entrees and appetizer simultaneously when the appetizer should come first. There was confusion with my son's pizza, and my daughter's pizza was delayed until 3:39 p.m. I spoke with Emma F., Server #[redacted], and she removed the pizza from the bill. This Saturday, I went to Studio Movie Grill at College Park, Indianapolis, IN, with 7 friends. We opted for SMG over Flix but encountered disappointing service as usual. Despite arriving early, the theater was still unclean. Once inside, we ordered food 30 minutes before the movie started. However, the drinks arrived late, and food was served sporadically, with servers loudly calling out orders disruptively. One guest never received their dinner, and after multiple inquiries, it was revealed the order was missing. The manager rushed the meal eventually. Despite signaling for help and pointing out seating numbers for deliveries, the service remained subpar. The high costs of tickets and food did not match the poor experience. I left feedback on the receipt about not tipping due to the inadequate service. The theater needs to address these ongoing issues promptly.

I am frustrated by the lack of customer service support available and the non-functional phone number listed on the website, which leaves me hesitant to proceed with becoming a Director. Since my recent birthday and anniversary, I've noticed discrepancies in the points allocated to my account. Despite bringing this matter to your attention last week, as a paying Director, I expect to receive the benefits promised. If I am not receiving what was advertised, isn't this considered false advertising?
