Dear Sir or Madam, I am a student from Bangladesh named Anik Mitra, who has been accepted to study M.Sc. in Microelectronics and Microsystems at TU Hamburg, Germany. I am planning to fly from Berlin to Bangladesh during the last week of September [redacted]. I am considering purchasing my air ticket through Studentuniverse. I have a MasterCard debit card with a transaction limit of USD [redacted] and a daily limit of BDT [redacted] (approximately USD [redacted]). The ticket price during the last week of September falls below USD [redacted]. If it's possible to split the transaction into two, for example, the first charge of USD [redacted] and the second charge of USD [redacted] to work within my card's limit, I would greatly appreciate your assistance with this matter. Hello, I have a trip scheduled from Hyderabad to Dallas on January 30, but my university has just announced that classes will start on January 7. I need to change my trip. After speaking to customer service, they mentioned a cancellation fee of $[redacted]. I kindly request to waive this fee as I am a student and unable to afford it on top of the price difference for the new ticket. I am willing to pay the fare difference. Hello, my name is Zachary Crawford, and I booked a flight through your service for April 30th from Paris to Washington DC. I am inquiring if it is possible to change my flight to April 2nd and have the destination changed to Atlanta Airport. I need to make this adjustment to return to the Georgia Institute of Technology in time to finish my semester. I attempted to modify my flight through United Airlines but was advised to contact the ticket seller. Is it feasible to shift my current flight to Atlanta on April 2nd instead of Washington DC on April 30th? If not, could I cancel my existing reservation and receive a refund to facilitate purchasing the necessary flight?

I spoke with a customer service representative yesterday regarding a waiver that was supposed to be available by 9 AM EST yesterday. I was advised to contact SU after that time to inquire about the refund. As I have not received any updates, I would like to follow up now. I understand your team is working diligently, but I am eager to secure my refund before my flight on 3/10 to prevent any issues. Hello, I made a flight reservation on your website 1.5 months ago for a trip from Sydney to London round trip via Hong Kong with Virgin Australia/Atlantic scheduled for May 7th, [redacted], and returning on July 30th, [redacted]. I initially received a confirmation email, but upon checking today, I noticed that the flight itinerary seems incorrect. The confirmation indicates a flight from London to London via Hong Kong, with no mention of the Sydney legs of the journey except for the departure date on May 6th. I called this morning at 9.30 am but was put on hold for an hour and then disconnected. I called again and requested a call back on a landline but never received one. After providing my mobile number for a call back, no one has returned my call as of 5.15 pm. My number is [redacted].
