I got in contact with yourselves the other day over the phone about the progress of my student loan as it said pending on my account, I should have received it this September however haven't yet received it, the lady I spoke to on the phone said that when she logged in with my reference number it said that I hadn't applied for the loan but I remember applying ages ago and it states still on my account that I've already applied for the loan, she was quiet rude over the phone to me when I was explaining that this is a repeated last year due to failing my third year the year before, therefore I know your entitlement is that if you fail your previous year you receive another loan for when repeating it the following year as a last chance* which is the steps I've undertook, I hope this can be resolved rapidly because I've been witing for my loan and am currently on placement for university therefore receiving no income for petrol and academic resources whilst working here is difficult, if you could get back to me on this matter I would really appreciate it and hopefully the situation can be resolved
