I bought a general admission ticket for the Arkansas vs Auburn basketball game on 2/8/22. When I arrived, I attempted to scan the ticket on the QR code reader but it didn't work. The message directed me to another entrance, but even there the QR code was not accepted. I was unable to enter the event and had to buy a new ticket. Since I couldn't use the first ticket, I am requesting a refund. I believe it is only fair considering I had to purchase another ticket to attend the game as well.

Hello, I recently had a disappointing experience with StubHub and wanted to share my concerns. I usually rely on StubHub for buying secondhand tickets as they have been reliable in the past. When I purchased tickets for the San Jose Sharks game, unfortunately, it got postponed due to COVID. While this was understandable, the issues arose when I tried to sell the tickets due to the rescheduled date not working for me. Despite being informed that I could sell the tickets without service fees, I encountered multiple technical problems. The tickets were not properly listed for sale, and even after contacting Customer Support, the issues persisted. It was frustrating to discover that the tickets appeared sold on the external site but were actually unavailable for purchase. Additionally, there were complications with indicating that the tickets were mobile tickets. I was unable to sell the tickets in time for the game and ended up attending with empty seats next to me. I am seeking acknowledgment of the error and potential compensation for the inconvenience caused by StubHub's glitch. I am deeply disappointed with my recent StubHub order experience. I was outside the venue, ready to enjoy the Harlem Globetrotters Tour when I received the news from StubHub's service center that my tickets were invalid. I was informed that I needed to purchase new tickets, as there were no alternatives available through StubHub. This resulted in me having to buy more expensive tickets directly from the venue's box office, costing me $[redacted] instead of the original $50. I found the lack of assistance and support from StubHub's customer service team disheartening. I kindly request that the seller be contacted to take responsibility for selling unusable tickets and cover the additional costs I incurred. I bought tickets from StubHub in June [redacted]. In July, the transfer link provided by the seller was canceled. I reached out to StubHub for a refund as I never got the tickets. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with their customer service. They mentioned contacting the seller but three weeks have passed without any updates. I had to buy new tickets for the upcoming concert, but I am still out $[redacted] from the original purchase. I'm asking for a refund since I haven't received the ticket and StubHub hasn't followed through with contacting the seller as promised. If the ticket isn't delivered, they should provide a refund. I am tired of reaching out to the seller and just want my money back. StubHub has the funds, and I need them refunded to me.

I was using the StubHub app on my phone to search for Paul McCartney tickets in Spokane, WA. When I clicked on the site and viewed the tickets section, I mistakenly purchased two tickets, believing they were for Spokane, WA on April 28th. Upon receiving my email confirmation, I realized the tickets were actually for Oakland, California. I reside in Pasco, WA, and had no plans to attend a concert in Oakland. I contacted customer support immediately to explain the situation and was informed that I could not receive a refund, but would need to sell the tickets instead. I was guided to set up a Ticketmaster account to try and sell the tickets through StubHub. I am confused as to how the ticket location was changed to Oakland, CA. I was hoping to avoid the hassle of selling the tickets. The concert is not until May 6th in Oakland, CA. Could I please receive a refund instead?

I am still awaiting my refund as I have not received it yet. I am feeling very frustrated. The toll-free number seems to be out of service, prompting me to pay $3.99 for a new number for Canada, which then disconnects. I bought tickets for the System of a Down and Korn concert at the Banc of California Stadium in Los Angeles from Stubhub. Despite assurances that the tickets would be emailed to me a week before the event, I did not receive them. I felt frustrated, upset, and disappointed as the concert date approached and I still hadn't gotten the tickets. Despite contacting Stubhub multiple times, I was given the run-around and never found a resolution. I ultimately missed the show because the tickets were never received. What's even more disappointing is that I used Affirm, an online credit line, to purchase the tickets. I am adamant about not paying Affirm or Stubhub for a service I did not receive and am looking for a full refund of all payments made.

I am contacting you regarding an issue with my Chelsea Cutler Concert tickets for 3/27/22 in Boston. I bought two tickets for $[redacted].76 on 3/19 (Order #[redacted]71). Despite receiving an email indicating my tickets were ready, I never received a follow-up allowing me to "accept" them. On the day of the event, I called StubHub and saw my order on the app, but there was no QR code. StubHub mentioned I would receive a code closer to the concert start time. I was also advised about using the AXS app, but no tickets showed up there either. I searched for a specific email address as instructed but found nothing. At 7:30 pm, I called StubHub again but still had no code or tickets. The representative mentioned AXS has a QR code when swiped up, but there was nothing in my order history or upcoming events. I ended up purchasing new tickets at the venue after spending 30 minutes at will call. I am seeking a refund due to this inconvenience. Thank you.

Order # [redacted]09 I purchased tickets to the Drain Gang concert in Seattle on April 6th, [redacted]. The seller canceled my ticket right when the doors opened. I traveled from Portland and couldn't claim the ticket earlier since I was dealing with car registration. The seller only allowed a 12-hour window for claiming the ticket. When I didn't claim it right as the doors opened, the seller canceled the ticket transfer, preventing me from redeeming it. I spent over $[redacted] on this ticket and also incurred expenses to attend the show, making this situation very frustrating for me.

I keep receiving spam emails asking for payment details to receive funds from ticket sales. Despite having my Paypal information in my account for over a month, I am unable to access my funds now that the concert date has passed. The system continues to prompt me for payment options even though I have already provided my Paypal details when I sold the tickets.

I purchased three tickets from two different sellers for the Chainsmokers concert at Brixton Academy in October [redacted]. This event has been rescheduled twice due to the pandemic and is now scheduled for Friday, April 15, [redacted], which is less than a week away. While one ticket arrived over a month ago, the remaining two tickets are still showing as being scheduled for October [redacted]. I have attempted to contact them via phone, email, and social media, but have been unsuccessful in reaching anyone. Unfortunately, the phone lines keep disconnecting, and my emails have gone unanswered. I am in urgent need of assistance with this issue.

I urgently need to post tickets for sale. Logged into my account on Chrome via my mobile, I can't log out. I need to do so as the website won't let me list my tickets or complete payment. Switching to a laptop or desktop, I keep being told my password is wrong despite updating it today. Attempting to reset my password, the "send link" option isn't working. I recently purchased tickets for the Justin Bieber concert in Chicago on May 10, [redacted]. After buying them, I received an email with the wrong date. I am looking for further assistance to correct the date on the ticket as I cannot afford to lose any more money. I hope to connect with someone who can help address this matter promptly. I purchased the ticket through Affirm. I am contacting Affirm to prevent any additional payments until this is resolved. I wish I had known about the rescheduling earlier. It would have saved me from wasting two hours driving to a postponed concert. On April 22, [redacted], at 8:21 PM, I received an email from StubHub stating that the Art Garfunkel performance scheduled for that night was rescheduled to Saturday, August 27, [redacted], at 7:30 PM. The email mentioned options for attendees to either keep their tickets for the new date or resell them on StubHub with waived fees. Even though postponed events can be frustrating, I appreciate the information provided in the email. StubHub, I wish the notification had been sent out earlier to prevent any inconvenience to me and other concert-goers. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I had bought tickets for a Steve Hackett concert in [redacted] via my work email and Tennessee bank account. After two rescheduled dates, the concert was on Tuesday, 04/19/22. Despite StubHub providing an access code, the tickets were not available for printing on 04/18/22, even after driving [redacted] miles to Jacksonville. I contacted StubHub on the performance day, and I did not receive the tickets due to the seller not responding. I declined a StubHub wallet credit and requested a refund, explaining my expired card's situation. StubHub noted my refund request and mentioned an email would follow within two days, but no email has arrived. I had to purchase replacement tickets elsewhere at a higher cost. My previous email, [redacted], is no longer active; my current one is [redacted] I am eager to receive my refund as the tickets were paid for two years ago but not transferred by the seller.
