I just want to confirm that the refund I received covers the entire amount including fees, as indicated in the email snippet provided below: “Your refund is for the total amount you paid (including fees) and will return to your original payment method” I encountered problems trying to use a gift card in my StubHub wallet and the seats didn't have valid numbers, so I'm relieved to receive this refund. Looking forward to seeing the credit on my credit card statement soon. Thank you for your assistance.

I received an email from StubHub stating that my tickets have been sent, with the assurance that I would receive them soon, if not already. The email was received on Tuesday, and since then, I have been diligently checking my inbox, junk folder, and deleted items repeatedly. I even conducted a test by sending an email to the specified @privaterelay address mentioned in the email and confirmed the test email was received. I have verified that there are no firewall or security blockers preventing the ticket delivery. It seems that either the tickets were never sent or were sent to the incorrect address. How can I ensure that I receive the tickets I purchased?

I recently found a great deal on a pair of Twice concert tickets in Section T25 on StubHub. However, after checking Ticketmaster, StubHub, SeatGeek, and Vivid Seats, I couldn't find any Section T tickets available for resale. I'm now uncertain if Section T25 will even be open for the concert at State Farm Arena in Atlanta on Feb 24th, [redacted]. The tickets I bought are for Suite T25, Row AA, Seat 5 and 6. I'm hesitant to book my flight and hotel without knowing if I'll be able to access Section T.

Hello, I purchased four tickets from the StubHub website yesterday. Two tickets are for the Inter-Liverpool football match and the other two are for Atalanta-Olympiakos. After receiving an email confirmation, I noticed there is an option to "add attendee info." However, when I clicked on the option and logged into my account that I just created yesterday on StubHub's site, I only see options for current and past orders, but there is no information available. How can I successfully add attendee information? Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Hi, I wanted to share my experience with selling two tickets for the Billy Joel concert at Madison Square Garden on 5/11/21. I provided my PayPal information for the payment of $[redacted] but have not received it yet. I have been receiving daily emails requesting more PayPal information, but the details are unclear. The email linked to my account is [redacted] and it can accept US dollars. Unfortunately, I do not have a US bank account. Hello, I bought tickets to Wicked on Broadway for December 30th at 2 pm. Originally, I was informed that I could bring my 7 and 9-year-old kids if they had a negative Covid test. However, the rule changed, and now they need to be vaccinated. Unfortunately, I don't have enough time to get them vaccinated before the show. The theatre couldn't assist me as I bought the tickets through your platform. I would like a refund under these unexpected circumstances. I've been attempting to contact Stubhub for months about the canceled Lady Gaga concert at MetLife Stadium in NJ, originally scheduled for August 19, [redacted] and rescheduled for August 19, [redacted]. I have not received any instructions regarding whether the tickets will be refunded or if we are waiting for new dates. The only communication I got from Stubhub was that the event was canceled. Dealing with Stubhub feels like dealing with a black box, making it extremely challenging to address any issues with them.

I, Cameron H., bought two tickets via StubHub in February [redacted] to see "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" at the St. Louis Fabulous Fox Theatre for $[redacted].20 (OrderID #[redacted]41). I sold my festival tickets two years ago and when the event was postponed due to COVID, I contacted StubHub to express my intention of keeping the tickets due to uncertainty about the new event date. I assumed ownership of the tickets after this communication. Subsequently, when the festival was postponed again, I decided to sell the tickets on StubHub. I believed the tickets were mine because I had not received any communication from StubHub after my initial message. Now, my recent ticket sale shows that I owe two tickets on my account. I was under the impression the first sale from [redacted] was refunded to me as there was no follow-up given the multiple postponements. I genuinely misunderstood the situation and would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.

Hello, I'm Lorrie Stern, and my listing ID is [redacted]. I sold a parking pass for the Orange Bowl Football Semifinal with order number [redacted]41. I shipped it early on Tuesday, December 21st, as requested by the deadline of Friday, 12/24/[redacted]. The tracking number is 1Z18V[redacted][redacted], and I have a receipt from UPS confirming the shipment. Despite shipping it promptly, there was a delay due to an error with UPS, which I contacted them about. The package was finally delivered on 12/30, after being incorrectly sorted and delayed. However, I was informed by StubHub that the sale was canceled due to the buyer not accepting the delivery change. I never received payment but was charged $78, which I request to be refunded. I have tried to resolve this with UPS, who advised me to contact StubHub for assistance in issuing a claim. I have been a loyal StubHub user for over a decade, and this situation has been very frustrating for me, as I am now out of pocket by $[redacted].

Dear Team, Yesterday, I had a phone conversation with your staff regarding selling 4 Elton John concert tickets in Montreal. As English is not my first language, I hope to clarify our discussion via this email. Two years ago, I purchased these tickets through billets.ca. Due to COVID-related postponements, I decided to sell them on Stubhub, assuming it was a secure platform for resale, as I couldn't resell them on the original site. The face value of each ticket was $[redacted], totaling $[redacted]. I reduced the price to $[redacted] for a quicker sale. After listing the tickets, they didn't appear in my pending items, prompting me to retry the process, but alas, I inadvertently listed the same tickets again. Regrettably, I incurred a $[redacted] penalty for this unintentional error, which I find excessive and unjust. Although Stubhub facilitates the transaction, I expected to know the buyer's identity and assumed a lengthy process due to the ticket quantity and seating location. To my surprise, both sets of tickets were resold without my knowledge, resulting in the penalty charge. I urge a review of this penalty, as it seems disproportionate to my mistake. I bought 2 tickets for Neil Degrasse Tyson on 1/17 about 3 ½ hours ago. I was expecting to receive them instantly via electronic transfer. However, I now realize that the tickets won't be transferred until the day of the show, making it difficult for me to sell one of them or give it to my husband, M.K. I just noticed the tickets show as General Admission, although previously there were no seat numbers. I need consecutive seats to sell them (row 1, Pit). Order #: [redacted]17. The delay in receiving them and the lack of seat numbers raise concerns for me. If I can't find a buyer or if my husband can't attend due to my illness, I would like to sell 1 ticket, cancel the transaction, or put both tickets up for resale to recover my costs.

I bought a general admission ticket for the Arkansas vs Auburn basketball game on 2/8/22. However, when I arrived at the event and tried to scan the ticket using the QR code scanner, it didn't work. The scanner directed me to another entrance. Even when I went to the recommended entrance, the QR code still didn't work. As a result, I was denied entry and had to buy a different ticket to attend the game.
