I encountered an error while trying to buy tickets for the Yankees vs. Orioles game on September 3. Despite the error, I ended up with two sets of three tickets each instead of just one set. I am hoping to cancel and get a refund for order #[redacted]84. I am currently on hold but appreciate being informed about the potentially long wait time. Any assistance you can offer in rectifying this situation would be highly appreciated. Thank you for your help in advance. Best regards, BL

I purchased 2 tickets on 8/19/21 with Order #[redacted]51 for the South Florida Bulls At NC State Wolfpack Football game on 9/2/[redacted] at Carter-Finley Stadium in NC. Unfortunately, the tickets were not received, and I had to buy new ones at the game. I am requesting a refund of $[redacted].80 due to this inconvenience. I had to endure a frustrating experience thinking I had tickets but did not. I insist on a prompt refund as I found the situation unprofessional. I have been waiting for nearly 2 hours to reach customer service. I am dissatisfied with this level of service and expect my refund to be processed promptly. My time is valuable, and I do not wish to discuss this matter further via email. I just want the $[redacted].80 refunded as soon as possible. Frustrated, Carl W.

Hello, I would like to share my recent experience with purchasing tickets for the Phish concert in Commerce City, CO. I placed an order on Sunday, 8/29 (Order # [redacted]57), with the expectation that the tickets would arrive in New Orleans by Tuesday, 8/31. Due to concerns about the hurricane possibly causing delivery delays, I also opted for ticket insurance. After not receiving the tickets by Wednesday, 9/1, I contacted customer support to reroute them to Colorado. I was informed that it may not guarantee a timely arrival and was charged $20 for the adjustment. However, I was later notified on Friday, 9/3, that the tickets could not be rerouted and would still be delivered to my New Orleans address by 7pm on Saturday, 9/4, coinciding with the concert time while I am currently in Denver. Considering the circumstances, I believe the natural disaster-related delays should be taken into account. I have attempted to address the issue promptly given the situation, and I am hopeful to receive a refund for the tickets. I have made alternative arrangements for the concert and kindly request further assistance via email for next steps, as I may not be available by phone until Tuesday. Thank you, S. Gamache

I have had several frustrating interactions with your customer service team over the past month, spending a total of nearly 16 hours on hold without any resolution. Last year, I bought tickets for the Brooks and Dunn concert in Tampa, which got canceled due to Covid. Now that the concert has been rescheduled, my friends from England, whom I purchased the tickets for, cannot attend, so I need to sell them. During my first call on August 4th, I was promised the tickets within 48 hours, but they never arrived. Subsequent calls with agents Wes, Jada, and Juanita have all been unproductive, with promises of follow-up that never materialized. I was informed about a chargeback on my account that I was unaware of, preventing the resale of the tickets. My StubHub order number is [redacted]04, with access code 2FZ8HF, and case number [redacted]. I urgently need either the tickets to be delivered for resale, confirmation of relisting, or a refund of $[redacted]. I hope for a swift and effective resolution this time. Thank you, David B.

At 6 a.m. today, a StubHub representative called me to insist that I had not transferred my tickets, which I found to be false. I had sold 3 tickets to a StubHub customer quite some time ago. Around August 30th, StubHub emailed me, claiming that I, as the seller, needed to "retransfer" the tickets that I had already successfully transferred at least a month prior. I want to make it clear that I did transfer the tickets and even took screenshots of the "transfer successful" message on StubHub's website, which I promptly emailed to them. I have reached my limit with StubHub after this incident. No company should hassle their customers to sort out technical issues that are the company's own fault. This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. It's disappointing to see a billion-dollar company handle things so poorly. I sent an email to StubHub's customer service on August 30th in response to their request for me to "retransfer" the tickets. I was baffled by this request since the tickets were already shown as transferred on THEIR OWN WEBSITE. It's truly unbelievable treatment.

I tried to list my tickets on StubHub, but encountered an issue as they require tickets to be listed in pairs. After canceling the listing attempt, I sold the two tickets to a local buyer who paid me in person. However, at the game, I discovered that two others were seated in my tickets claiming they purchased them on StubHub. Despite my explanations, they remained in the seats, leaving my legitimate buyer in a different section. The situation escalated with security involved. Despite my efforts to rectify the situation with my buyer, challenges remained. I contacted the ticket office for guidance but found little assistance. To ensure safety, I changed my email on StubHub and plan to avoid selling tickets through the platform. I seek advice on blocking unauthorized sales via StubHub to prevent future incidents. Thank you for your prompt attention.

I would like a refund for two orders I placed. While I take responsibility for the issues, I was unable to reach out to you beforehand due to the difficulty in accessing your phone support. Now that the events have passed, I hope you can understand that I couldn't use the tickets and would like a refund. Order [redacted]78: I mistakenly had these tickets sent to Atlanta, a city I haven't lived in for ten years. I couldn't contact you in time to rectify this error. I hope the package has made its way back to you, but it's possible it's lost in an unknown office. Order [redacted]71: I purchased an "instant download" ticket assuming it was the only way to attend the concert. I expected the QR code to be scanned from my phone at the gate. However, I was redirected to the box office for a paper ticket. To avoid missing most of the show, a kind person gave me a spare ticket for free.

I listed two tickets on StubHub for the University of Texas versus Louisiana game on September 4. I inputted the barcode a week prior as instructed. After receiving a confirmation on the website, I was surprised to get an email on Sunday (order number [redacted]93) stating that the sale was canceled and $[redacted] would be charged back to my PayPal linked to my American Express card. I never received payment from StubHub, yet the sum was deducted from my account. To complicate matters, my tickets are season tickets, and acquaintances mentioned seeing unfamiliar people in our usual seats who had purchased through StubHub. I want clarity on why the sale was revoked, the false payment claim, and a prompt refund of the erroneous $[redacted] charge.

I purchased Elton John tickets last year in [redacted] with Order No: 5[redacted]0. The concert was rescheduled to [redacted] due to Covid-19. Despite receiving an email confirming that the tickets were electronically sent, they never arrived. I have been in contact with Stubhub multiple times and was informed that the new tickets would be sent closer to the event. Now that the tickets have been released, they still haven't reached me. When I called Stubhub last week, a representative mentioned a technical issue but assured me the tickets would be sent this week. However, they have not arrived, and now Stubhub has deactivated their phone lines, making it impossible to speak with a customer service representative. This lack of communication is frustrating, especially since I paid £[redacted] for the tickets. I am unable to resolve this through the virtual assistant. It is urgent that this issue is addressed promptly. Thank you.

I received an email on September 7th informing me that my sale, Order# [redacted]51, was canceled because of alleged incorrect tickets being sent, which is not true. The tickets I listed were for the Ryder Cup on Tuesday, 09/21/[redacted], for Grounds and General Admission at Whistling Straits Golf Course. I have evidence with pictures of the tickets and shipping label showing the match details. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, my wife's health issues prevent us from attending the event. Regarding the claim that I received payment and was subsequently charged $[redacted], I have not received any payment in my PayPal or credit card accounts. I demand that the $[redacted] charge be reversed and that I receive the payment owed for the tickets sold as the buyer already has them in their possession. My expected resolution is: 1. Reversal of the $[redacted] charge on my credit card. 2. Payment of $[redacted] for the sold tickets to be processed promptly to resolve this matter satisfactorily.

Regarding Order# [redacted]51 I recently received an email on September 7th stating my sale was canceled due to alleged wrong tickets being sent. However, I assure you that the tickets I sent matched the listing for the Ryder Cup on September 21, [redacted], at Whistling Straits Golf Course. I have photographic evidence of the tickets and shipping label matching the event details. My wife's health circumstances prevent us from attending as she had a stroke four months ago. The email mentioned a $[redacted] charge to my credit card, but no payment was received. I kindly request the following resolutions: 1. Reverse the $[redacted] charge on my credit card. 2. Ensure the payment of $[redacted] for the tickets sold to the buyer who currently possesses the tickets. They should fulfill the purchase as agreed.

Hello, I hope you are well. I have been attempting to retrieve my tickets (order #[redacted]72) for the Dave Matthews Band concert approaching soon. The link provided to retrieve and activate the tickets is not working, and the one on your website and app is also dead. I need your help to retrieve and redeem the tickets for the upcoming concert on Tuesday, September 21, [redacted], at Jones Beach Theatre, NY at 7:30 pm. These tickets were originally purchased before the pandemic for a July [redacted] concert, and I was informed they would be transferred to this new date. I am eagerly awaiting your assistance as I am feeling frustrated and upset that I cannot access these tickets or reach anyone from your team over the phone. Thank you, Jill

I listed 5 tickets on StubHub, followed by 2 more. Somehow, the 2 additional tickets were listed twice by mistake. The total should have been 7 tickets, not 9. I just realized this as the sale was marked as completed. Can I keep the extra 2 tickets? How should I proceed to deliver the remaining tickets and receive payment? Thank you.

I listed tickets on StubHub, not realizing they were also sold on Ticketmaster simultaneously. Only when I tried to transfer the tickets, I discovered the issue and canceled the order. I was charged for the refund but did not receive payment for the tickets. I can accept paying the processing fee, but it feels unfair that I'm covering the entire amount, especially since it seems like I paid the refund while StubHub retains the payment from the buyer for profit.

Hello, I recently listed tickets for the Santa Cruz Mountain Sol event. I have tickets for the 18th and 19th, but the software only shows the 18th. Is there a way to indicate that these tickets are valid for both days, possibly using the term "weekend passes"? Listing Number: [redacted] I priced each ticket at $[redacted], which covers both days, not just one. I would appreciate it if someone from your team could update the ticket name and description to include the 19th or add an option for the additional day. Adding the 19th as a weekend passes option could attract more sellers to your site. Thank you!

Subject: Issue Transferring Tickets from StubHub to Ticketmaster Hello, I am reaching out regarding my recent ticket purchase on StubHub with order number [redacted]36. I followed the instructions in the email to transfer the tickets to Ticketmaster but encountered an error message stating, "This Ticket Transfer has already been accepted by another email address." Despite trying all my email accounts, I am unable to log in and access the tickets. The email address provided for the transfer was flagged as "invalid," further complicating the situation. I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this issue. Thank you for your help.

Ticket sale order #[redacted]95 for the Saturday, September 11th game between the NY Yankees and NY Mets has been completed. I am unable to enter the ticket barcode by the noon deadline set by StubHub because the NY Mets will not release the ticket information to me until 24 hours before the game, specifically at 7:40 pm today. When contacting NY Mets customer service, they mentioned that StubHub is aware of this policy and called it "ridiculous." I attempted to adjust the sale delivery time on the StubHub website, but this option is not available. I am currently on hold with StubHub customer service, but the response time is exceeding 3 hours. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

I wanted to share an email I received regarding an issue with my ticket order. "Hello Alessandro, We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with your order. To improve your experience, we are issuing a $[redacted].02 refund. - The refund equals the total amount paid, including fees, and will be credited to your original payment method. - If your card or PayPal account hasn't been charged, the authorization will be released within 2 business days. - If you used Affirm monthly payments, the refund will be applied to your Affirm loan balance. For more details, visit Affirm's Help Center." It has been more than a month, and the refund has not been processed yet. This delay caused us to miss the concert, leading my brother to purchase tickets at the event for a higher price. I kindly request the refund to be issued promptly. Best regards, Sandro

I purchased tickets for the Rickey Smiley concert in Charleston, South Carolina on September 18, [redacted]. I made the purchase on August 6, [redacted]. Despite seeing the details on my iPhone, including the payment confirmation, and having an order number, I am yet to receive my tickets. I attempted to contact StubHub customer service, but was met with rudeness. I reside in Texas, and will be in South Carolina on the 16th of this month. I have made numerous calls inquiring about my tickets or a refund, but have been put on hold with elevator music and told to expect up to a 3-hour wait due to COVID. I am still without a resolution. Please reach out to me promptly regarding the status of my tickets or provide information on a refund. Thank you.

I require further assistance with my concern. The tickets were resold, then the buyer canceled, and now I am unable to resell them. I urgently need the tickets gone. I am seeking a refund due to the poor service experience I have encountered. I have made three phone calls, endured long hold times, and spent months resolving the ticket transfer issue, only to end up with the tickets back in my possession after I was assured it was resolved. I am in desperate need of genuine assistance and support to address this matter promptly. I want to cancel the tickets as I am hesitant to resell them now. Additionally, I am unable to post them on the website as it indicates they are already listed, but they are not showing up in the listings. Despite inquiries about Ticketmaster, the tickets are exclusive to this platform.
