The issue in GetHuman-deidrafr's own words
I ordered Houston Astros Tickets on Saturday January *,**** *i called stub hub on April *,**** to ask them what was going on with my tickets. They informed me that it was just postponed and if the game was canceled or they said they were going to play the game with no fans allowed in the stands I could get a complete refund OR I could get the ***% credit on my account. *I was like okay that is great I have options. *After talking to my husband we decided that we were going to take the refund we spent ***.** on the * tickets we bought and then we spent **.** on the parking pass. I kept in contact with stub hub just to see what was going on. printed out all of my emails that told me I had options printed out the email that the has the change done to it but it clearly stated refunds available in jurisdictions where they are required. They never told you where that was. This was on march **,**** nothing was emailed to me after this but I still called to check on what was going on with everything and was still told I would have options.. Then on may **,**** I received an email stating that my parking pass had been deemed canceled and that they were processing they cancellations starting on may **. The next email I received was on may**,**** stating that my actual tickets for the game had been canceled and that they were going to start processing the cancellations starting on may **.*I then received an email may **,**** at *:** pm saying that they had applied the ***%credit to my account. I was a little confused because I thought I had options now they just took away my options and did what they wanted, I of course tried to call them but they were closed. *I waited till today may **,**** and started calling first thing in the morning. *I explained everything told them I would really like to have the refund not the ***% credit and they lady informed me that it was not going to happen. That if I wanted cash I would have to buy something from them and turn around and sale it UUMMM NO! *I started looking at different things on the internet to contact different people with stub hub and seen that I was not the only person that was mad about this. Its nice of stub hub to offer a ***% refund but how are they going to change the rules in their favor right before they start canceling games?

GetHuman-deidrafr did not yet indicate what StubHub should do to make this right.
