I ordered tickets to the Harry Styles Album Release Concert at The Forum over a month ago, and today I found out that my seller didn't release the tickets and that Stubhub would be finding "replacement" tickets. The customer service rep that I was speaking to said that the replacement agents weren't currently working, so I'm unsure how they are finding me tickets to the concert that is in less than ** HOURS. I would like for someone to find me tickets NOW, because it is extremely ridiculous for this to even be an issue at this point before the concert. I have paid over $*** for a flight to Los Angeles for this concert and I don't even have my tickets ** hours before. If anything my seats should be upgraded because of the stress that has been put on me.
