I am deeply concerned about the exorbitant fee I incurred due to an unintentional mistake. Selling my tickets was meant to alleviate financial strain, and I am distraught after realizing they were listed on both StubHub and another website simultaneously. I was unaware I needed to remove them from StubHub before posting on another platform. Is there any way to address this issue without resorting to a dispute? Perhaps a reduced fee or account suspension could be considered. I am unable to cover this charge presently and the unexpected email notification has caused great distress. If unresolved, this may lead me to cease using StubHub. I reached out via email yesterday but have yet to receive a response. I have been actively listing items for sale to make ends meet until my next payday. I appeal for assistance in finding a more affordable solution to this predicament.

I mistakenly purchased two tickets to a Yankees vs. Orioles game on the 15th. After realizing the error, I attempted to cancel the order before it processed, but it still went through without asking for my 3-digit security code. Despite contacting the support center immediately, I did not receive the promised refund confirmation email the next day. Upon following up two days later, I was informed that there was no record of my previous interaction and that the purchase was final. Despite explaining the situation and the errors made by both sides, I was only offered a "Sorry" as a resolution. This is unacceptable after being a loyal customer for many years. I was originally told I would be refunded, and now I am open to receiving a credit if a refund is not possible. I am considering reaching out to corporate, but I hope there is another way to address the mistakes and compensate me for the inconvenience. I expect better from StubHub. After purchasing my ticket and receiving confirmation from my bank, the ticket was not fully sent to my app. Petco Park officials had to assist me slowly and eventually got on the phone with someone else to resolve the issue. We were stuck in the "processing" mode, causing us to miss part of the game. I was informed that despite being the confirmed buyer, the tickets were never sent by StubHub. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable especially considering the ticket's price and location. I request an immediate full refund for the inconvenience caused to me and my companions.

I have already informed StubHub of the issue I experienced. I received two different tickets for the Ariana Grande show on May 14th at the Talking Sticks Arena in Phoenix, Arizona. Unfortunately, when I tried to enter, the tickets wouldn't scan and were deemed invalid. Despite my efforts to contact you through various methods, I was unable to resolve the problem. As a result, I missed most of the show, and my mother couldn't attend with me. I am extremely disappointed and would like a refund promptly. I live in Arizona and will be traveling to Salt Lake City, Utah on July 13th to see Ariana Grande. This event is significant to me, and missing it due to ticket issues is unacceptable. I recently purchased a ticket with order number [redacted]43 and was informed that it would be sent to my hotel by UPS. However, on Monday 5/27, I encountered difficulty accessing my account. Despite reporting the issue through StubHub's form, I have been unable to regain access or reset my password. The event I purchased the ticket for is on June 1st, [redacted], in Madrid, and I am anxious as I have no means to track the ticket's status. After contacting 1 [redacted], I was informed by a representative that my order is pending. I am unsure why this is the case as I have not received any email notification regarding the delay. I am currently traveling from Mexico to Spain for the event, and the ticket was charged to my credit card. I urgently seek your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

I encountered issues trying to download the e-ticket I purchased. Following instructions given via chat, I was directed to call a number and pick up the tickets, despite not receiving any email notification about this. Unfortunately, I couldn't make the call via Wi-Fi. Upon trying to pick up my tickets at the designated location, it was closed due to a bank holiday. To resolve the situation, I incurred charges contacting StubHub UK to have the tickets reissued, albeit needing them to be printed. Subsequently, I had to find a place open during the bank holiday to print the tickets, incurring further costs and inconvenience. I would appreciate compensation for the additional expenses related to this issue, as the whole experience was underwhelming.

I am very disappointed with StubHub. I bought tickets through the StubHub app but never received the email with the tickets for transfer. Even after multiple attempts to locate them both in my email and on my phone, I couldn't find the tickets. Despite the efforts of the Event Staff and Security at Broncos Stadium at Mile High to assist me for over an hour, the email with transfer instructions was nowhere to be found. My family was eager to attend the Garth Brooks concert, but we were unable to enter the venue without the tickets. No one at the event could provide any help. It's clear from the fact that the tickets were never used, downloaded, printed, or scanned that I am owed a prompt refund of the $[redacted].00 I paid for tickets that were essentially useless.

I am requesting assistance with a payment of $[redacted].70 for resold tickets to the Seattle Mariners baseball game on June 1, [redacted]. I have been struggling to have PayPal transfer this money back to my credit card for nearly three weeks due to an outdated email address. I sold two tickets for the NASCAR event at Sonoma Raceway happening on June 23. These tickets (Order # [redacted]67) were sold on June 6 and shipped on June 7 using the UPS label provided by Stubhub. I purchased the hardcopy paper tickets from Ticketmaster, not from a reseller. Surprisingly, I received an email from Stubhub on June 21, stating that the tickets were invalid, and my credit card would be charged. This is baffling as I sold the tickets in good faith, providing the same tickets as listed - Main Grandstand, Row 20, seats 5 and 6. The tickets were legitimately purchased from Ticketmaster. I have a track record of being a responsible member of Stubhub, mostly as a buyer, but I have sold tickets before without any issues.

I am unsure about the account or when the purchase/dispute issue StubHub mentioned occurred. I have replied to their email seeking resolution. In the past, a problem arose with a purchase that I thought had been resolved by StubHub. I recently discovered that my account is restricted, and I am unable to use the service. I have always been a responsible customer and would have addressed any issues had I been aware of them. I respectfully request the removal of my account restriction and the "balance owed" since I believe this was not my error, but a previous representative was responsible for resolving it. The incident is from many years ago, and I am unable to recall specific details such as the account used or the email associated with it. I appreciate your assistance and understanding. I am extremely frustrated with StubHub Europe. I tried to purchase Wimbledon tickets for July 9, but encountered a mix-up. After speaking with Freddie Yang, a key account manager, he promised to assist me in securing the best tickets and even offered a 5% discount on July 1. On July 2, I agreed to buy two tickets in Black [redacted] for [redacted].91 pounds each but faced complications during the purchase due to the seller's issues. Despite multiple calls and emails, the situation remains unresolved, causing anxiety as the event is approaching. When attempting to escalate the matter to a supervisor on July 3, I was informed that no supervisors were available after hours. Stephanie assured me she would follow up on July 4 at 9 AM, but the issue persists. With a flight from Chicago to London looming, I urgently need confirmation of the tickets without additional charges. The lack of resolution and communication from StubHub has made this a distressing experience, and I seek a prompt response regarding the Wimbledon seats.

I received a confirmation notice regarding the availability of my tickets to "To Kill a Mockingbird." When I attempted to print the tickets following the provided prompt, I ended up on a page prompting me to find my order. Despite entering the access code, no progress was made. Unfortunately, there is no file attached to the confirmation email. The order number for two tickets to the August 31st, 8pm showing at the Shubert Theater is [redacted]28. On June 29th, I spoke with a StubHub representative regarding the payment for tickets I sold, amounting to $[redacted].30. The funds had been transferred to a PayPal account without my knowledge. The representative guided me in rerouting the payment to my checking account, and I made the necessary adjustments online. However, as of today, July 9th, I have yet to receive the $[redacted].30. Can you please provide instructions on how I can successfully retrieve my funds? Thank you.

To whom it may concern, I would like to address a recent issue with my ticket sale on Stubhub. On the 5th, my tickets were sold without any notification from Stubhub. There was a $[redacted].00 charge to my account which I was unaware of until I checked my account status. I had also put up the same tickets for sale on another platform yesterday. I only realized the sale had occurred on the 5th when I went to cancel my listing this morning. I feel it was not communicated effectively by Stubhub. When I logged into my account, the option stating that I did not have the tickets seemed the only logical choice given the situation. I contacted customer support today to explain the confusion and lack of communication on my end. Despite receiving marketing emails and confirmation of my account setup, I did not receive any notification about the sale of my tickets from Stubhub. I am requesting a refund of the $[redacted].00 charged to my account without prior notice. I want to ensure that there are no further unauthorized charges. I had tickets to see Dave Matthews in Saratoga Springs on July 12. I bought these tickets in April, but due to work conflicts, I couldn't attend. I listed the tickets on StubHub, stating that they were in hand. No one bought them, and luckily, my wife and I sorted out our schedules and decided to go. The listing should have been removed days ago since I stated the tickets were in hand. However, it remained and was purchased 24 hours before the event. I want to inform you that I will now be attending the event in person. I expected the tickets to be removed since I clearly indicated they were in hand. I appreciate your help in refunding the buyer's payment. Thank you.

While on vacation in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas, I bought two premium seats for the Texas Rangers vs LA Angels game scheduled for July 1 at 7pm. Unfortunately, the game was rescheduled due to a tragic event involving the Angels pitcher. Now, with the game rescheduled to August 20 at 2pm, I am faced with the challenge of reselling the tickets. Living in Las Vegas, it's impossible for me to attend the game. Furthermore, the mid-week matinee game during the Texas summer heat may not attract many buyers for premium seats. This situation has left me in a bind as I try to find a solution for these tickets.

Hello, I purchased two tickets on StubHub for the Moulin Rouge show at 2 PM. The app displayed the wrong information, and I intended to buy tickets for the 8 PM show. Unable to attend the 2 PM show, I would like a refund. Despite spending over an hour on a call with customer service, I was placed on hold for most of it and did not receive assistance. My father is currently in the hospital, and my mom returned early from a trip to New York City to be with him. I hoped to surprise her with tickets for the 8 PM show, her favorite movie, to lift her spirits. I tried to explain this situation to the customer service representative, but she was not understanding, and I did not want to break down on the phone due to her rudeness. I purchased two tickets for the Arsenal vs. Newcastle match, with delivery expected from Royal Mail using Tracking No: JS[redacted]22GB. Unfortunately, the package that was delivered to Leeds contained no tickets, which is incredibly disappointing, especially since this is the first game of the season that we were looking forward to attending.
