Hi,**I bought * tix from StubHub on Oct**th for and event on Dec *st . When we got to the event , they scanned our tickets and told us those tix were just used an hour ago and they didn’t let us in. We ended up buying * new tickets . *This is NOT ACCEPTABLE. This was f the first time I bought tix from StubHub so I thought you guys were legit and should DEFINITELY have some kind of policy to protect ticket buyers . I spent over $*** for the tickets and that kind of thing should never happen. How does StubHub make me think it’s SAFER to but tickets from Facebook???
